The recent seed investment round, which reached 1.5 million euro, involved an Italian company: Digital-Freight-Forwarder Bridge was assisted by the international law firm Orrick, of which Attilio Mazzilli is partner and head of the Technologies Company Group department.
Bridge, founded by three young Italians, aims to revolutionize the freight transport sector by providing digital solutions for managing LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truck-Load) shipments on road and intermodal transport to make logistics faster, more efficient, and environmentally friendly. The lead investor in the funding round was Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the Azimut Digitech Fund.
The international law firm Gianni & Origoni (Bologna), under the GOP4Venture practice area, provided support to the investment round. Whereas the notarial aspects of the deal were managed by the VRCT Notary Office in Bologna. The Orrick team, led by Attilio Mazzilli, worked alongside Bridge throughout the funding round, which exceeded 1 million euro.
