Beta Utensili expands production footprint in Lombardy

Beta Utensili, a preeminent European firm specializing in professional equipment and workshop tools, is marking its 102nd year with a major investment in its home region of Lombardy. The company, headquartered in Sovico (Monza and Brianza, Italy), has initiated the construction of a new manufacturing hub in Seregno. This development in the Brianza territory aims to achieve twin goals: significantly increase its overall output capacity and ensure even more stringent quality assurance benchmarks across its entire product catalog.

This capital expenditure is primarily driven by the exceptional performance of the division dedicated to workshop furniture and metalwork, which has solidified its position as a core asset for the business. The financial results from the first half of 2025 underscore this success: Italian sales for products like workbenches, cabinet systems, and modular storage witnessed a dramatic surge, showing a 65% growth when compared to the corresponding period in 2024. Currently, this furniture segment is responsible for a 27% of Beta Utensili’s aggregate revenue.

These overall metrics affirm the company’s stature as a vital component of Italy’s industrial base. Beta Utensili presently reports annual revenue reaching €252 million and sustains a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Its extensive manufacturing infrastructure includes 10 production sites located throughout Italy.

To sustain this positive trajectory, the company recently rolled out four crucial new offerings. These additions encompass two novel furnishing concepts for workshops, an innovative series of sectional work surfaces, and a robust mobile storage unit, designed for heavy-duty use.
