Alessandro Albano

Alessandro Albano currently serves as Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of companies operating in the infrastructure, telecommunications, renewable energy and industrial platforms sectors, alongside acting as an Operating Partner and Senior Advisor to international investment funds. His board and executive roles span several companies, including Spencer Stuart, Consorzi Agrari d’Italia S.p.A. and Equiter S.p.A., with specific leadership positions including Chairman of GreenYellow since December 2023, Operating Partner at Three Hills since January 2024 and member of the board of directors of Digital360 since January 2026. In these capacities, he supports shareholders and management teams on strategy, governance structures, M&A, stakeholder engagement and value creation across the entire investment lifecycle.

Born in Turin in 1988, Alessandro Albano pursued his academic education at the University of Turin, where he graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Management. Following his studies, he entered the workforce and stepped into senior management positions in companies operating within the engineering, infrastructure, and services sectors. During this period, he led international expansion strategies and market development initiatives while also engaging with public institutions and the political decision-making process, an experience that continues to influence his approach to governance and institutional relations.

Building upon these foundations, Alessandro Albano’s career evolved to combine board-level responsibilities, private equity consultancy, and direct involvement in complex, regulated and capital-intensive organisations. As a consultant, he has worked extensively with private equity and infrastructure funds, contributing to origination, due diligence, public affairs and strategic development, particularly in environments where regulatory frameworks, institutional dialogue and long-term concessions are central. This phase of his career includes senior advisory roles at global companies and investment platforms, as well as executive positions in professional services and international consultancy.
