Beta Group strengthens European presence with new Austrian branch

Beta Group, a historic company from Brianza, Italy and a leader in professional tools and workshop equipment, has reached a new milestone in its international journey by opening a branch in Austria. The office, located in Asten in the Linz-Land district, marks the twelfth subsidiary worldwide and highlights the group’s ambition to strengthen its foothold in key European markets.

According to Alessandro Ciceri, Commercial Director for Italy and abroad, the Austrian hub plays a central role in the company’s strategy. By being closer to local customers, Beta Group aims to provide faster, more effective service while promoting flagship products such as workshop furniture, mobile drawer units, and torque wrenches. This approach allows the company to deepen its relationships with businesses across the region.

The Austrian office already operates with a team of six local professionals, covering roles in sales, operations, administration, and customer service. Plans are underway to expand the staff to nine, underlining the group’s commitment to long-term growth in the market. With the new branch, Beta Group now counts nine subsidiaries across Europe – including France, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, and the UK – plus three outside the continent, in Brazil, China, and the United States.

The new opening comes at a moment of strong performance. In 2024, the group posted a record turnover of €252 million, with nearly 40% of revenues coming from international markets. The Austrian expansion is expected to accelerate this trajectory, reinforcing Beta Group’s role as a benchmark in the industry.
