Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s Partner Attilio Mazzilli was among the winners of BeBeez Awards 2013-2023. The receivers of the awards were private capital investors and legals that gave their contribution to the private equity market.
This is not the first time that Attilio Mazzilli gets recognized for his work. In 2020 he was awarded “Lawyer of the Year for Venture Capital” at the Legal Community Awards but that is not all. His work contributed enormously to a good number of awards for Orrick. These include: “Law firm of the Year 2021 for Venture Capital”, “Law Firm of the Year 2020 for M&A Small Cup” by BeBeez and PBV, and “Law Firm of the Year 2020 for Fintech” at the TopLegal Industry Awards.
Attilio Mazzilli has been an Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s Partner since 2015. He is currently Corporate Partner, Head of the Italian Tech Group and Member of the International Technology Companies Group. His area of expertise rotates around M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions but he also advices startups and venture capital firms on financing, corporate law, M&A and listings.
During the ceremony, which took place at Le Village by CA Milano in Corso Porta Romana 62 and was broadcast online via Zoom, panel discussion with the most important private capital players of the last ten years were organized as well.
